I worked as a translator and meditation leader, which led me to the desire to be more conscious, active and responsible. Therefore, I entered the Riga Gestalt Institute and studied Gestalt therapy. I have attended also specializations: “Children Psychotherapy” and “Work with the body”. Working as a Gestalt therapist, I walk this path of awareness, activity and responsibility together with my clients.

I work as individual, couple and group therapist. Since I have studied “Children Psychotherapy” as a specialization, I work as children therapist as well. In my work, I use conversations, offer drama and art therapy experiments, work with metaphorical cards, sand and figures, create a genogram, work with photos.

Life means learning for me. Learning means observation of oneself a/nd the world. Observing for me means also being informed of myself. Being aware of myself means asking myself questions: how I feel, what I think and what I choose. What does asking these questions to myself give me in life? – It gives me my own experience. It is the way to myself. The way to my being and essence.

At home, I am a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. I am passionate about dancing, Zumba, painting, cycling, playing theatre, studying movies and rest in nature.
