My work experience is related to child and adult training – my first job was at a pre-school, where I was a pre-school teacher. Currently I’m working with adults within a field of personnel management, participating in the organization of the development and training processes for the employees of the company.

By studying and practicing gestalt therapy I have become convinced that by bringing the body into the motion, opening the eyes, ears, mind and heart I can perceive the hidden treasure in myself and in others.

I believe that the charm of gestalt therapy is not only the ability to creatively search for and find these treasures (resources), but also to make them work – to improve one’s well being and quality of life, to find a way out of any situation, to achieve one’s intentions and fulfill the dreams.

I believe that during the process of gestalt therapy there is a possibility to obtain energy, strength and courage to work forwards, to try out something new, as well as to improve and enhance the relationships with other people.

I like that gestalt therapy focuses on the “here and now” and urges to live a valuable life, according to what I am – to live in accordance with my own feelings, emotions, thoughts, beliefs and values.

As a gestalt therapist I currently offer individual consultations.
